KYC providers (Digio) — for identity and eSign verification
Escrow trustees — as required for deal management
Payment processors — for wallet funding and withdrawals
Credit bureau — for borrower evaluation (not investor data)
Regulatory authorities — when required by law

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your personal data for 7 years after your last transaction, as required by financial regulations, or longer if required by law. KYC documents are retained for 5 years after account closure.
